~ how it all started
My name is Karah and I am the proud owner of this wonderful cakery. It all started as a passion for baking at home, but with the support of my family and friends, I took the leap and began selling my delicious treats at the local market.
As my business grew, I realised that I couldn't do it alone. That's when I brought on two amazing staff members, Shelby and Annalise. They share my passion for baking and customer service, and have helped to make Simple Bakes what it is today.
Shelbs is a talented baker with a keen eye for detail. She brings her unique creativity to our treats, making them not only delicious but also visually stunning. Annalise, on the other hand, is the backbone of our operation. She keeps everything organised and running smoothly, ensuring that our customers always receive their orders on time.
Together, we strive for excellence in all areas of our business, from the quality of our ingredients to the level of customer service we provide. We believe that every customer who walks through our doors should feel like family, and we work hard to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that keeps them coming back for more.
As we look to the future, we're excited to continue growing and sharing our love of baking with the world. We plan to expand our menu and introduce new and exciting products, all while maintaining the same level of excellence that our customers have come to expect from us.
