Our cookie loaf is a soft choc-chip cookie with a selection of top quality fillings.

Flavour options are :
Biscoff and truffle
Nutella & truffle
Peanut Butter & truffle

(Truffle is a chocolate - can vary in each slice from dairy to white)

Eat as is, or slightly heat to enjoy the ooey gooey

please note - the spread selection is definite but the other treats we stuff it with will vary.

Quantity

Friday night is the cutoff for orders required the following week. Orders placed from Saturday to Friday will be available in the week following the Friday.

For orders that are being collected from our store, please state your pick up date at checkout (must be Wednesday - Saturday 11am-1pm).

For orders that are to be couriered, these will be picked up by the courier on Wednesday of the available week (week following the Friday cutoff).

We use New Zealand Post, CourierPost services and these are placed on an overnight service. In accordance with the NZ Post terms & conditions, overnight/next day delivery is a target, and not guaranteed.

For items being picked up in-store:

Once products have been collected and left our premises, this is deemed a complete transaction and we will not be liable for any damage that occurs outside of our premises. We don’t give refunds if there is a mishap during transit once it has left our premises/has been handed over to the customer.

Simple Bakes Taupo will not provide refunds for late pick ups, or no shows. A pick up time will be arranged at time of booking, if you run into any trouble, are late and do not contact us, you will not be issued a refund and we cannot guarantee your product will be fresh.

For items being couriered:

Once products have been picked up/delivered to courier depot, they are no longer Simple Bakes Taupo responsibility and at the customer’s risk. We will not provide refunds for any late, missing or damaged products. Please order these products at your own risk. In any such event as a natural disaster, pandemic or large scale situation beyond our control, refunds will not be provided.

Refund requests:

Refunds requested due to quality of the product will be determined at the discretion of our staff, upon return of the item. We are unable to provide a refund on products that have been consumed.

We only give refunds in accordance with refund policies stated above and within 5 business days. All refunds are given as store credit. No cash refunds.
